01. Digital Courses and Content
Due to the immediate and non-tangible nature of digital software, video tutorials, and downloadable project files, standard consumer return policies do not apply in the same manner as they do for physical goods.
Once a purchase is verified and access to the digital content is granted to your account, the product is deemed fully consumed. Because digital files cannot be returned, all purchases of standalone digital courses and assets are considered final and non-refundable.
We highly encourage you to review the free preview videos and course curriculums provided before committing to a purchase to ensure the content meets your specific learning expectations.
02. Subscription Services
For users enrolled in our recurring billing cycles, such as our monthly or annual Basic, Pro and Ultra subscriptions, you maintain full control over your billing status at all times.
You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Account Dashboard by navigating to the Billing section. Canceling your subscription immediately halts all future automated charges without requiring team intervention.
Upon cancellation, your account will not be immediately downgraded. You will retain full access to all premium features, courses, and tools until the conclusion of your currently paid billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds or partial reimbursements for mid-cycle cancellations.
03. Cohorts and Live Training
Our premium, instructor-led programs involve limited seating and require significant logistical planning. Therefore, our refund structure for live training is strictly tied to the program scheduled commencement date.
If you request a withdrawal 14 or more days before the official start date of the cohort, you are eligible for a 100% full refund to your original payment method. Requests made between 7 and 13 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund or a transfer to a future cohort.
We cannot issue refunds for withdrawal requests made less than 7 days before the start of a live cohort, as we are unable to reliably fill vacated seats at such short notice.
04. 7-Day Conditional Guarantee
We confidently stand behind the quality of our pre-recorded video courses. If you find that the educational material does not align with your learning goals, we offer a conditional money-back guarantee.
Eligibility Conditions
The request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase. Our system must verify that you have viewed less than 15% of the total course content and have not downloaded proprietary project datasets.
05. Unauthorized Transactions
If you identify a charge from 21st Century Corporation on your statement that you did not authorize, we urge you to contact our support team immediately before initiating a formal chargeback dispute with your bank.
We treat payment fraud very seriously and will rapidly investigate logs associated with the disputed charge. If the transaction is verified as unauthorized, we will issue an immediate full refund. Falsely initiating chargebacks for valid purchases will result in a permanent platform ban.
06. Policy Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at our sole discretion at any time. Any changes will be published directly on this page, and the effective date will be updated accordingly.
