02. Intellectual Property Rights

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use our materials for your own educational growth. This license does not grant you the right to redistribute our content on third-party platforms, YouTube, or private Discord servers without our explicit written consent.
03. Acceptable Use Policy
Our community thrives on professional integrity. You agree not to use the platform to harass other students, upload malicious scripts, or attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary grading algorithms.
Zero Tolerance Policy
Automated scraping of our tutorial database or the use of "bots" to mass-download video content will result in an immediate IP-level ban and the forfeiture of all paid subscription time.
04. Payments and Billing
Premium services are billed on a subscription basis. You authorize us to charge your provided payment method at the start of each billing cycle. It is your responsibility to maintain valid payment information in your dashboard.
All pricing is subject to change. We will provide at least 30 days' notice via your registered email before any price adjustments take effect for active subscribers. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new rate.
